Cotton · Finish
Three ways to weave in your logo.
All in 100 % cotton with reactive-dyed yarn, OEKO-TEX Standard 100 and around five weeks of production time. The minimum quantity depends on type and size. Further sizes (30 × 130, 70 × 180, 100 × 170 and 100 × 200 cm) are available on request.
Woven in relief
The logo appears in relief in the terry, tone on tone and understated. You choose the size and position of the logo.

Material and use
The product with the largest design area.
No other product gives a motif this much room. On a cap the logo is the size of a stamp, on a towel a whole design can stand — full surface, edge to edge and rich in colour.
That changes the way you design: instead of placing a logo, you create a motif. A crest with lettering, a sponsor bar, an anniversary design or a continuous pattern in the club colours — anything that fits the surface.
Printed or woven in
On the printed towel and the microfibre sports towel, the motif covers the whole front. On the cotton towel the logo is not printed but woven in — in relief, in a border or as a jacquard across the whole surface. That looks more understated and lasts for many years. Which type suits which use is shown in the comparison above.
For clubs, studios and companies
In the club the towel is the item that stays. It does not break, it does not become too small, and it still turns up in the cupboard years later — as kit, as a retail item or as an anniversary gift.
In the studio it is compulsory kit, so the same argument applies as with grip socks: what is needed anyway can carry your name as well. As a joining gift for new members or as an item sold at the counter.
In companies it works as a trade fair, summer and staff gift. For CHECK24 we produced towels together with socks.
What to consider before you order
- Choose the size to suit the purpose. A sports towel, a bath towel and a beach towel are three different products.
- Choose the type by use. Printed for fan shops and gifts, microfibre for sport and travel, cotton for hotels, saunas and premium gifts.
- Really use the surface. A small logo on a large background wastes the product.
- Know the minimum quantity. Printed from 10 pieces, microfibre from 25, cotton from 100.
- Allow for lead time. Around four weeks from your approval for the printed and the microfibre towel, five for cotton.

Questions about towels.
What is your minimum order quantity for towels?
The printed towel starts from 10 pieces – an amateur club or a single department should be able to get its own towels too. Cotton towels with a woven-in logo start from 100 pieces, depending on type and size, and the microfibre sports towel from 25 pieces (compact sizes from 75 pieces).
How long does production take?
Around four weeks from your approval for the printed towel and the microfibre sports towel, around five weeks for cotton. The design itself arrives within a few hours. If you have a fixed date, it is best to tell us right away when you enquire.
Can the motif cover the entire surface?
On the printed towel and the microfibre sports towel, yes – across the full surface and edge to edge. On the cotton towel the logo is woven in: in relief, in a border or as a jacquard, which weaves the motif across the whole surface with coloured yarns.
What sizes are possible for towels?
Printed in 70 × 140 or 80 × 150 cm, microfibre from 80 × 40 to 180 × 70 cm, cotton from 30 × 50 to 100 × 200 cm. Tell us what the towels are for when you enquire and we will suggest the right size.
Printed, microfibre or cotton — which suits us?
It depends on the use. Printed is ideal for large motifs, fan shops and gifts. Microfibre is light, dries quickly and suits studios, sport and travel. Cotton with a woven-in logo is heavy, very absorbent and feels particularly valuable – for hotels, saunas and premium gifts. If you are unsure, choose “Not sure yet, please advise” in the form.
What does a design for towels cost?
Nothing. You send us your logo or idea, and our own in-house designers visualise your towels from it – true to scale and by hand, not AI-generated. You should see what you will actually get. Reply within 24 hours, with no obligation to buy.
Where are the towels produced?
Almost exclusively in Europe. At the core is our own factory in Istanbul – where material selection and purchasing are in our own hands. We visit our production sites regularly.
What files do you need for towels?
Ideally your logo as a vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG). A good PNG or JPG will do as well – and if no design exists yet, we will develop it together with you.
