Caps are the product where the difference between cheap and good shows up fastest. A crest with fine contours can be printed — then it looks flat. Or it can be embroidered in relief, with clean edges. That is 3D embroidery, and it is the reason why caps are what we are recommended for most often.
On top of that, a cap dictates almost nothing: panels, seams, peak and closure can each be specified separately. You are not choosing between three colourways, you are building the cap.

Then there are the details that turn a cap into a product: a leather, rubber or woven patch instead of embroidery, an inner label with your name, contrasting seams or a contrasting peak.
For clubs, companies and brands
In the club the cap is the item worn even by those who do not need a shirt — the committee, coaches, parents, fans. It is therefore often the first product with which a club starts its own fan shop.
In companies it works outdoors: at the trade fair, at the company run, in logistics, on the building site. And because it usually comes in one size, collecting sizes is unnecessary — which makes it the simplest product for large campaigns.
For brands the cap is the classic among promotional items. We have produced it for the DFB academy just as for companies in retail and industry.
What to consider before you order
- Have crests checked early. Very fine lettering reaches its limits in embroidery. In the design you can see straight away how it will look.
- Choose the cut to suit the occasion. Trucker cap in summer, full cap for the squad, dad cap for campaigns.
- Think of the inner label. It takes little effort and turns a promotional item into a product.
- Give binding colours. Panels, seams, peak and closure can each be specified separately — an advantage if you know beforehand what you want.
- Allow for the lead time. Around four weeks from your approval.
